Helen lives in Worthing where she opened a yoga studio last year. She is well known for being a creative and inspirational teacher. Her classes blend sequencing with precise alignment based instruction, inviting students of all levels to find the space and awareness to progress in their practice.

With over 16 years of teaching experience and remedial work on a one to one basis; Helen is passionate about helping practitioners connect both mind and body to asana and pranayama in a supportive and encouraging environment. She hopes to facilitate your understanding and joy in the practice of Iyengar Yoga and is excited to teach a workshop again for IYS.
