Iyengar Yoga Sussex (IYS) is an organisation of Sussex based teachers and students who study and practise Iyengar yoga. It was established in 1992 to further the teachings of BKS Iyengar in Sussex, and currently has about 100 members, including teachers in East and West Sussex.

Membership of Iyengar Yoga Sussex automatically gives you membership to IY(UK), our national Iyengar Yoga association. Join our friendly member group to receive regular updates about Iyengar yoga events taking place in Sussex and discounted members’ access to these events. You will also receive IY(UK)’s news including its twice yearly magazine Iyengar Yoga News and access to booking for the IY(UK) annual convention.
