The tree of life centre is a fully equipped studio so you don’t need to bring any equipment unless you want to.
There’s a maximum of 9 students so everyone can get individual attention if required.
I am a level 3 teacher with nearly 30 years of experience.
The emphasis in my teaching is working carefully to challenge our habitual ways of moving, whilst also understanding the direction of actions within the asanas.
All workshops include some Pranayama and relaxation.
