A Monday general level class suitable for those who wish to work on mostly basic poses. This class is suitable for experienced students who wish to keep it simple, students with limitations, or for complete beginners. Depending on the make up of the class more challenging poses may be introduced as the year progresses but with the emphasis on working safely.
Please bring your own equipment: mat, blanket, yoga blocks and bricks. Advice on equipment will be given to beginners. Currently numbers are limited as social distancing is applied at the venue.
