Stage 2 General
Aimed at those who have attended Iyengar yoga classes continuously for over 6 months . There will be a greater emphasis on individual progress. A good standard of Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) is required. Sirsasana is practiced regularly.
Stage 3 Intermediate
Are for those who have practiced the Iyengar method for at least two years. More advanced asanas are introduced.
